On a recent business trip to Toronto I was thankful enough to encounter one of the most impressive breakfast combinations I’ve seen; Breakfast Poutine.  I was in Toronto for an awards gala and we took home the trophy in our category that night.  As you can imagine, that equated to a late night of celebrating.  The next morning I was craving the greasiest thing I could find.  I lucked out probably found just that…Picture your traditional poutine but with different layers: hashrowns smothered in mozarella cheese, a poached egg on top with copious amount of bacon now blanket that pile of goodness with a litre of hollandaise sauce and there you have it, Breakfast Poutine!

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to swallow a grenade then just try eating Breakfast Poutine.  Don’t get me wrong, this thing tasted pretty good and it definitely provided me with days worth of calories and saturated fat content, however, I don’t think the human body is meant to consume something like this.  I’m giving this a 3/5 for creativity alone.
